1. BCA End of Year Course

Geoff and I hosted the last BCA course of the year in November 2010 and despite the weather had around 175 attend the day at Coventry’s AT7 Center. Both Geoff and I thoroughly enjoyed the event and everyone there threw themselves into the training with real enthusiasm and open minds.

Despite the high skill levels of many of the people attending the course there were no ‘egos’ on display, a real positive feature of BCA courses. The delivery centered around impact development, restrictive striking, adaptive Wing Chun for instinctive defence, combination pad work and concepts of fear control and CQC.

2. POWERSTRIKE and POWERKICK 1 Day Courses

Following the success of the November BCA seminar, I had numerous requests for specific courses on the Powerstrike and Powerkick systems. If you go to the ‘Courses’ tab you will be able to download the information flyers for these courses that I have put in the diary for 2011.

Places on the courses are limited to 20, so book early.
